In my work I try to capture a feeling, a moment in time. I am fascinated by places the modern world has left behind - abandoned buildings, goldrush town rodeos, quiet landscapes. Most images are not set up; instead I try to represent the world just as I see it.

The black and white photos are hand printed and selenium toned. The color photos include scanned chromes and color prints. The Building photos are part of a 21-image series. They are 16" x 20" and were shot on black and white negative film and then printed in color to achieve a timeworn look.
